• 120 Yellow Rock Road was an 18 lot subdivision.

•  This project needed a sewer main upgrade of 300mm which was under board in soild rock.

• This was a very technical part of the project due to the depth of the main being 7 metres.

• This project also encountered major traffic control management planning which Yatcon Civil designed and managed.
