Kiama Gardens

• This project was undertaken by Yatcon Civil for Stongbuild Pty Ltd.

• Medium density 32 lot residential subdivision including construction of sewer, water, storm-water drainage, roads and significant retaining walls including block and pile/shotcrete construction.  The site presented significant challenges due to being on an extremely steep grade and interaction with other trades due to concurrent villa construction.

• Yatcon Civil coordinated the construction of electrical, gas and communications infrastructure and the landscaping works.

• A realignment and restoration of the riparian watercourse that splits the project was undertaken.
