• Links Estate – Stage 2 & 3 – Nadine Street, Sanctuary Point – 2015 to 2016

• This project was undertaken by Yatcon Civil for Aus Premier Property Developer Pty Ltd.

• 50 lot residential subdivision including construction of sewer, water, storm-water drainage, roads and landscaping.

• Yatcon Civil coordinated the construction of electrical and communications infrastructure.
